A special edition Mazda Premacy minivan has been launched exclusively for the Japanese market. The Mazda Premacy is known as the Mazda5 outside Japan and this special edition model which is based on the 20CS model grade comes with premium features like chrome inner door handles and silver front power window switch panels.
There are two engine choices available for the Mazda Premacy Special Edition which include a 2.0L DISI powerplant on the FWD version linked to a electronically-controlled automatic (Activematic) transmission or a 2.0L unit on the 4WD models that send power to each wheel through a four-speed automatic gearbox.
The Mazda Premacy Special Edition price starts at 1,799,000 including tax meaning it is 87,000 yen cheaper than the standard version.
