The facelift versions Maybach 57 and 62 will be showcased at the Auto China 2010, and these are probably the last models to be Developed by Daimler before production stops.
The facelifted Maybach 57 and 62 are still powered by the 542 horsepower engine that is now a bit more fuel efficient as it returns an average of 18.8 to 17.7 mpg with CO2 emission levels of 350g/383g per Km.
On the Maybach 57S and 62S the 12 cylinder unit is now generating 457 horsepower (18 more than before) while consumption and emissions are also down to 17.2mpg/17.8 mpg and 390g/368g of CO2 per Km. 
In terms of styling the Maybach 57 and 62 facelift get a revamped radiator grille plus a redesigned front bonnet, a slightly modified bumper, new exterior mirrors and reshaped rear lights. The Maybach 57 and 62 facelift also come with new 19-inch 21 spoke design wheels and Daimler says the cars are now more aerodynamic which results in less interior wind noise.
