Team Lotus has also unveiled a set of images with their Lotus T128 monopost for the 2011 Formula 1 season, with official specifications expected to be released after the Valencia test tomorrow.
The Lotus T128 is using a Renault sourced V8 engine and a transmission system from Red Bull, and as you probably know Team Lotus is currently undergoing legal proceedings against Group Lotus, over the right of using the Lotus name.
When speaking about the new 2011 challenger, Tony Fernandes said "The launch of the T128 is a big step forward for Team Lotus, and I want
to thank the whole team for the amount of hard work that has already
gone into T128, and I want to thank Renault and Red Bull Technology for
their tremendous support in helping us make this step forward, and for
being such great team partners"
