Lotus C-01 will be the first motorcycle built by the Brits

The British sports car maker Lotus has created a new company called Lotus Motorcycles. According to a recent report, the new British company is working of its first product, which will be named C-01. 

In this new firm we will find ex VW Group designer Daniel Simon, auto racing team Kodewa and Holzer Group. According to the same rumors, the first motorcycle will be a hyper bike and the first official teaser is presenting us a carbon fiber fuel tank painted in black and gold Lotus special colors. 

The same report is suggesting that the new C-01 will come with a 200 bhp engine and the body will be made from carbon fiber, titanium and aerospace-grade steel.
