Lexus had a big surprise for its fans: the launch of the new generation LX. Based on the Toyota Land Cruiser platform, the new Lexus LX comes with major exterior modifications.

As you can see, there is the front grille which is massive, no matter what trim level you’ll pick.

Thanks to the new platform, Lexus LX will weight 200 kilograms less than the old generation, while under the bonnet is a good engine. ANd by good I mean a V6 3.5 liter twin turbocharged unit rated at 409 horsepower and 479 LB-FT of torque. It is matted to a ten speed automatic transmission.

Inside the cabin there is Lexus’s first dual touchscreen setup. The upper screen has 12.3 inch and shows the navigation, audio controls and some off-road details, while the lower display has 7 inch and comes with access for climate system.
