The latest sportscar entering Jay Leno’s Garage for a review is the 2009 Mercedes SL63 AMG. Powered by a supercharged 6.3 litre V8 engine the 2009 Mercedes SL63 AMG can "play" with 518 hp at 6800 rpm and 465 Nm of torque at 5200 rpm, needing only 4.6 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph). Top speed is limited to 250 Km/h (155 mph) and all these figures are achieved also with the help of AMG’s seven-speed Speedshift MCT transmission that can perform gear changes in 100 milliseconds.
