Jaguar announced that the company’s XFR and XKR models are ready for debut at this year’s edition of Motorexpo in London, from June 8 to 14. At this event where more than 350,000 visitors are expected and the Jaguar XFR and XKR models will also be accompanied by the XF Diesel S version.
The Jaguar XFR is quipped with a newly developed 5.0-litre supercharged engine capable of outputting an impressive 510 hp, going from 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds and featuring Active Differential Control and Adaptive Dynamics suspension that help the driver make good use of its massive power.
The Jaguar XKR has also been given the 5.0-litre supercharged powerplant but in this case the car is 0.1 seconds faster than the XFR. On the basic XK model the engine comes without the supercharger spiting out 385PS and 515Nm of torque accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in 5.2 seconds.
The Jaguar XFR and XKR price starts at 59,900 GBP and respectively 72,400 GBP with customers already able to place their orders.

Jaguar will showcase the new XFR and XKR in the heart of Canary Wharf at this year’s London Motorexpo. Between 8 – 14 June, this bespoke motor show promises to attract more than 350,000 visitors, making it an ideal venue for the UK debut of Jaguar’s range-topping models.
Jaguar will also display the recently launched XF Diesel S – What Diesel magazine’s ‘Best Executive Car’ for 2009 – featuring a high performance, 3.0-litre diesel engine. This new car is 1.8 seconds quicker than the outgoing 2.7-litre it replaces while producing 10 percent less CO2 with an improved average fuel consumption of 42.0mpg – a 12 percent improvement.
The new XFR is powered by the all-new supercharged 5.0-litre which reaches 60mph from standstill in just 4.7 seconds. Distinguished by a unique exterior and interior, this ultimate sports saloon delivers a massive 510 horsepower and has Active Differential Control and Adaptive Dynamics suspension to make sure the driver can use it.
The new XKR features a 5.0-litre supercharged engine propelling it to 60mph in just 4.6 seconds. The XK features a 5.0-litre naturally aspirated engine delivering 385PS and 515Nm of torque propelling it to 60mph in just 5.2 seconds.
With interior enhancements, advanced lightweight aluminium body structure and a wider range of models, the new XKR builds on 60 years of legendary performance to deliver the best of everything Jaguar.

The XF has won more than 20 international accolades since its launch, including What Car? ‘Car of the Year’, Auto Express ‘Car of the Year’ and Top Gear ‘Limo of the Year’. More recently, the XF was voted ‘Britain’s Best Car’ in the Auto Express Driver Power Survey for 2009 which recognised the combination of luxury, comfort and driving dynamics for the owner.
When first launched in 2006, the XK was voted Top Gear’s ‘Car of the Year’, and since then both the XK and XKR have picked up a number of significant accolades, including What Car? magazine’s ‘Best Coupe’ for 2008*.
