The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is one of the most intriguing electric cars launched this year. The new model uses the same platform as the Ioniq 5, one of the best electric cars on the market.

The first deliveries of the car will take place later this year, but the preorders have been accepted in South Korea. And, don’t be shocked, but the Ioniq 6 received 37,446 preorders in just 24 hours.

And this is pretty cool, judging by the fact that this is an electric car. For reference, Hyundai Ioniq 5 preorders reached 23,760 units in 24 hours, while the Kia EV6 – the sibling of these models – reached 21,000 reservations in the first day.
