This next video was produced by Format 67 as a tribute to one of the best models ever developed by the Japanese car maker, the Honda NSX (Acura NSX in the US).
As it wanted to combine the best of both worlds, meaning supercar performance with every day driveability, the Honda NSX is presented in this video as part of evolution, as it brought a fair contribution to what we today call everyday supercars.
The latest version Honda NSX was the NSX-R which used a 4-cylinder DOHC V6 engine with VVT and variable intake, 3179 cc in capacity that was able to produce 290 HP and 224 lb-ftof torque. The Honda NSX-R used a 6-speed manual gearbox and was able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds, while its top speed was 170 mph.
