German tuning specialists from Gemballa completed their latest customization project revealing photos and details with the Gemballa Avalanche GTR 650 EVO-R based on the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio.
Powered by a 650 horsepower (485 kW) engine that packs 700lb-ft (950Nm) of torque the Gemballa Avalanche GTR 650 EVO-R Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio features performance upgrades that include forged pistons and high-flow superchargers, a new crankshaft as well as new cylinder heads and a high performance exhaust system that looks like the one on the Carerra GT.
Thanks to these upgrades the Gemballa Avalanche GTR 650 EVO-R Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio is able to sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h (62 mph) in a blistering 3.4 seconds, and can keep on accelerating until it reaches the 332 Km/h (205 mph) mark .
As far as exterior mods, the Gemballa Avalanche GTR 650 EVO-R Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio received a major facial redesign, with Garerra GT borrowed lights and a new front apron with large air intakes, a new bonnet, side skirts, custom gull-wing doors, new taillights featuring LEDs plus a rear wing and diffuser.
The Gemballa Avalanche GTR 650 EVO-R customization program for the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabrio is priced at $484,000, and that is when you bring your own 911 Turbo Cabrio to the German tuning shop.
