German tuner G Power announced the fact that their TYPHOON body kit is now available for all current BMW X5 Facelift models while their SK III engine upgrade program that applies to the 4.8-litre 8-cylinder engine enables the X5 to produce 525 HP (386 kW) and reach speeds of up to 275 kmph.
The TYPHOON body kit consists of massive wing extensions both front and rear, aggressively styled bumpers with massive air intakes and LED lights at the front, custom side skirts, a vented bonnet made from carbon fiber and a custom diffuser designed to accommodate the massive/centrally positioned dual exhaust pipes.
The G POWER BMW X5 Facelift comes with 23 inch SILVERSTONE EDITION forged wheels and high performance Michelin tires (315/25 ZR 23) plus various other enhancements that make the popular German SUV stand out from the crowd even more.
Moving on to the mechanical enhancement program, the SK III addresses the 4.8-litre V8 found in the xDrive48i and increases it by 170 HP (125 kW) to 525 HP @ 6,100 rpm and 600 Nm of torque @ 5,300 rpm.
The power boost is enabled by the ASA T1- 522 supercharger and as a result the G POWER BMW X5 Facelift will now take only 4.7 seconds to sprint from 0 to 100 Km/h (0 to 62 mph).
Inside the car, the tuner adds a number of exclusive accessories, and these include a sport steering wheel, a new speedometer and various elements made from aluminium.
