Ford has developed a special speed limited that will help you get away with your heavy right foot. The new Ford’s Intelligent Speed Limiter will be very helpful if you are driving long distances and there are lots of speed traps.
But you might have one small question for Ford. What if we need to do a takeover and the system comes over and lowers the speed? Well, the driver can temporarily override the system by pushing the accelerator pedal to the metal.
"Drivers are not always conscious of speeding and sometimes only becoming aware they were going too fast when they receive a fine in the mail or are pulled over by law enforcement. Intelligent Speed Limiter can remove one of the stresses of driving, helping ensure customers remain within the legal speed limit", is said in the official statement.
