Ford will offer a new version of its Transit in UK. Called Transit Custom Sport, the vehicle will be a particularly dynamic "sport" version commercially.
Set to go on sale early next year, the Transit Custom Sport is characterized by its body in the sporty look and the six attractive metallic finishes Panther Black, Atlantic Blue, Moondust Silver, Midnight Sky Grey, Stratosphere Blue and Titanium Gray.
The bumpers, mirrors, door handles and side moldings are painted in the "Sport" in each case in body color. Eye-catcher are the two broad sporting pinstripes in contrast color, which extend along the bonnet, and the 18-inch alloy wheels with low profile tires, size 235/50.
For the inside, they Blue Oval opted for an armrest in black leather, the voice-controlled connectivity system, Ford SYNC and a powerful audio system with DAB radio as standard equipment.
Under the hood we have a 2.2-liter Duratorq TDCi diesel engine with 155 hp and a torque of 385 Nm.
The Ford Transit Custom Sport can be ordered only with a short wheelbase. The car will be available For a starting price of 34,950 Euros.
