Ford has decided to keep the Ranger’s spirit alive with a new special edition. It is based on the current Raptor version and it is simply called Special Edition.
Unlike the US special editions, for the Europeans, the guys from Ford have decided to come up only with some exterior and interior tweaks.
On the outside of the Ranger Raptor Special Edition, customers will get twin matte black racing stripes with red contrast lines, wider wheel arches and some matte black exterior accessories.
Inside the cabin there is a Raceway Grey instrument panel and some red stitching for the steering wheel, instrument panel, and door cards.
The same 2.0-liter diesel engine with 213 horsepower is under the hood, mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
