Back in 2022, Ford unveiled the Electric SuperVan 4. As the name suggests, this is a unique prototype developed to show us how electricity can be great for impressive performance.
The nearly 2,000 horsepower van was developed with some help from R&D specialists STARD.
According to Ford, the new SuperVan 4 will compete at 2023 Pikes Peak. Behind the wheel of the car will be Romain Dumas. The French driver won two times at Le Mans, and in the recent years he drove the Volkswagen ID.R performance prototype.
He also set a record at Pikes Peak with the German electric car mentioned before.
