The Porsche family has become bigger now. The officials from Stuttgart published the first photos with new four-wheel-drive models Carrera 4 and 4S.
Both versions are available in Coupe and Cabriolet forms and will be displayed at the 2012 Paris Motor Show. Although the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 looks just like its rear-wheel-drive sibling, the only difference is spotted on the rear wheel arches which are 22 mm wider.
The Porsche 911 Carrera 4 is powerd by a flat-six 3.4 liter unit that produces 350 HP. Thanks to this figure, the model from Stuttgart can sprint from 0 – 62 mph in 4.5 seconds, while the maxim speed is recorded at 177 mph.
The Porsche 911 Carrera 4S is animated by a flat-six 3.8 liter engine which develops no more than 400 HP. Both models are available with a 7-speed manual or a PDK twin-clutck automatic gearbox.
