Yesterday, a bunch of spy photographers have managed to snap into their lens the new Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible in a truck that was going to Geneva. Today, the US car maker officials released the first photos of the car.
Both images show the new Corvette Stingray Convertible form 3/4 profile angle, with or without the soft-top. Until now there are no new informations but the rear spoiler and the hood point to a Z51 package.
Under the hood we will find the same 6.2 liter LT1 V8 unit that can deliver 450 hp and 450 lb-ft (610 Nm) of torque. The engine resources are put to the ground via a seven speed manual gearbox or thanks to an automatic transmission.
