Last week, a picture with a Dacia Duster Double Cab Pickup truck has surfaced the web thanks to a Romanian Facebook user. Today, another Facebook user has uploaded an entire picture gallery with the upcoming Romanian model.
According to our sources, the car will not be built by Dacia or RTR (Renault Technologie Roumanie). It was developed by Romturingia, a Romanian coachbuilder in collaboration with RTR for a local customer. This isn’t the first time when RTR and Romturingia are shaking hands in order to deliver a special model.
Last year, the same team developed a Duster PickUp for an oil company. According to our sources, the new Duster Double Cab Pickup will be built in 500 units and will feature the 1.5 dCi diesel unit rated at 110 HP and will have a 4×4 system.
