Citroen has unveiled at the 2014 Paris Motor Show the Divine DS concept. Unfortunately, the French prototype does not preview a production model as it represents a vision of the DS brand, a standalone company. Furthermore, starting next year, all the brand models will lose the "Citroen" name.
The new Citroen Divine DS concept is a compact hatchback with scissor doors and a special design both inside and outside. The French prototype is 4.21 meters long, 1.98 meters wide and 1.35 meters tall and features massive 20 inch rims.
Inside the cabin we see a big 10.4-inch touchscreen display while the slim seats are covered in full-grain aniline leather. Under the hood, the Citroen Divine DS comes with a 1.6 liter four cylinder turbocharged engine rated at 270 horsepower and 330 Nm peak of torque. For now, the concept performance figures were not released, but Citroen says the Divine DS has CO2 emissions of 145 grams per kilometer.
