Citroen has published the first official pictures of the upcoming 2014 C3-XR small crossover. As you may have read, the French model was previewed by the C-XR Concept which was showcased at the 2014 Beijing Motor Show back in April.
According to Citroen, the new C3-XE will be fully revealed in November at the Guangzhou Motor Show and it will go on sale a few weeks later. The upcoming Citroen C3-XE will be produced in China by Citroën & Dongfeng Motor Group joint venture.
According to rumors, the new French small crossover will be based on the Peugeot 2008 and it will feature a naturally-aspirated 1.8 liter petrol unit and, probably a beefier 1.6 liter turbo engine rated at 163 horsepower.
