Cadillac officially announced that the first all-electric Escalade will bear the IQ name. It will be brand’s first electric SUV and will be unveiled later this year.
“The IQ naming strategy celebrates Cadillac introducing a different type of EV to the market — one that works in tandem with people’s daily lives and environments”, said Cadillac officials.
As you already know, this will be Cadillac’s thirs electric vehicle after Liriq and Celestiq. We don’t know for sure, but there are chances to see the Ultium platform under the skin. This is a specifically tailored architecture for electric vehicles developed by General Motors.
