Autocar has taken the sportiest version BMW Z4 which is the 35is out for a test drive. The Bavarian automaker has not launched an M4 version this time, but the BMW Z4 35is is quite the best next thing as it packs 335 HP and 332 lb-ft of torque, taking 4.8 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph.
The German roadster uses a 7-speed dual clutch transmission, weights 1580 Kg and returns 31.4 mpg in a combined cycle. The BMW Z4 35is price is 44,220 GBP and Autocar’s verdict is three and a half stars, mainly because in their opinion the car isn’t as fun to drive as they hoped.
