BMW is a long-time partner of the Moto GP. The German car manufacturer has provided the safety cars for this competition for a long time.
After the official unveiling of the new M3 Touring, the Germans have published the first pictures of the M3 Touring Moto GP Safety Car.
The new model was unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and uses the same 3,0 liter engine as the standard car. But like any other safety car, the new M3 Touring used by the stewards in Moto GP comes with a special livery, special lights on the roof and inside the front spoiler, and special racing seats signed by Recaro.
The first appearance of the new BMW M3 Touring will take place at the Silverstone Moto GP in August.
