BMW M division has said that it will start to make big steps into electrification. The BMW i4 M50 and iX M60 are the first two products developed by the division arm.

But the first pure M model isn’t yet here. But it might be soon, as the M division has published a teaser picture with an i4 prototype (with only three doors) and some interesting details.

For now, the car is just a prototype, but it uses quad electric motors. The chassis control systems and the suspensions were recalibrated in order to deliver pure performance. We don’t have any other technical details, but if the car will be as spectacular as we can imagine, this is a good news for the fans.

We also don’t know when the car will be showcased, but we expect to see it not so soon.
