The German automaker has published a new teaser video, with a new concept car, this time called the BMW ConnectedDrive. Even though we can’t understand much, if we pay close attention, we can spot the resemblance with the Vision EfficientDynamics, although BMW says this is a completely different project which "will once again revolutionize driving in terms of comfort, infotainment and safety".
As 2011 is the year in which we celebrate 125 years of the automobile, and taking into account that BMW is among the pioneers of connected driving (first on-board Internet access in 2008, the first iPod integration in 2004, the first ultrasound-based park distance control PDC in 1991) we expect the BMW ConnectedDrive Concept to be filled with science fiction gadgets and features.
