Another BMW tuner informing the world about its latest list of goodies is Alpina who recently developed a number of discrete enhancements for the facelift version 2013 BMW 7 Series.
These include over 30 new parts which among which a revised front section which helps channel the cooling air more effectively, a new kidney grille, updated Xenon Adaptive headlights, LED front fog lights, and also updated tail lights.
On the inside the Alpina B7 2013 BMW 7 Series received an a Bang & Olufsen Surround Sound System, ceramic secondary controls as well as upholstery choices.
The engine powering the new B7 is a 4.4-litre V8 which produces 40 more horses than the standard 7 Series, so we are talking about a total output of 540 HP and 538 lb-ft of torque send to the wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
According to the tuner, the Alpina B7 2013 BMW 7 Series accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.3 – 4.4 seconds, and unlike the production model (175 mph), this variant is capable of reaching a top speed of 194 mph (312 kmph).
The car will cost from 128,495 USD in North America, and is scheduled to go on sale in August, shortly after its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
