At this year’s Essen Motor Show in Germany, AC Schnitzer will showcase their latest range of accessories and performance upgrades aimed at taking the 2012 BMW 6 Series Coupe to the next level.
Just like on the convertible, AC Schnitzer has raised the output on the 6 Series Coupe at 540 HP (+133 HP more than the stock version), and as a result, the turbocharged 4.4-litre V8 from under the bonnet can accelerate the car from 0 to 62 mph in 4.3 seconds (0.6 seconds faster) and it also enables a new top speed of 202 mph.
The AC Schnitzer 2012 BMW 6 Series Coupe has also been fitted with more potent brakes featuring 8-piston calipers, a lowered suspension for improved handling and stability at high speeds plus a sports exhaust system.
On the outside AC Schnitzer has fitted the 6 Series Coupe with an aero kit and a set of unique looking alloys plus it added a splash of chrome on the lower grille section.
Interior upgrades comprise of a sports steering wheels, an aluminium cover for the iDrive controller, special floor mats and alloy pedals.
