Subaru released some introduction films for its new generation Forester, due to be launched as a world premiere at this year Los Angeles Motor Show, scheduled to open at the end of the month.
The movies showcases the design and technologies featured on the new Forester, the official presentation of the car and its first commercial, already launched on the Japanese market.
The fourth generation of Subaru Forester will offer a new 2.0-liter direct-injection turbocharged BOXER engine producing 250 horsepower. The standard naturally aspirated 2.5-liter BOXER engine debuted in the outgoing Forester model will offer 170 hp.
Fuel economy will be higher across the line with the debut of a new six-speed manual transmission and available Lineartronic continuously variable transmissions (CVT).
