A couple of months ago, Toyota confirmed a new generation Aygo. The smallest member of the gang is here to stay, and today we have the images of the newst generation Aygo.
But there is something new. The new car is called Aygo X and, as you can say by the name, it is a crossover. Yes, this is for the first time when the A-segment has a crossover.
It has a new design, and also some new interior bits. This time, the Aygo is based on the Yaris platform which means it will be more confortable to drive. There is also more room, thanks to the exterior upgraded dimensions, while the trunk can be filled with more than 230 liters.
Under the hood there is only one choice: 1.0 liter naturally aspirated engine with 3 cylinders and 72 horsepower. There are no plans for a hybrid version, Toyota being sure that this only engine option will be enought to support the emission within its range.
