For the 2022 Porsche Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo, the German car manufacturer has prepared some modifications. The most important ones are in the charging and range departments.
According to Porsche, thanks to certain software modifications, the new Taycan can be charged faster and travel longer due to the improved efficiency of the rear engine and preconditioned battery packs.
Also, Porsche has introduced two new options called Paint to Sample and Paint to Sample Plus. Paint to Sample offers 65 colors to choose from, including vintage-inspired shades such as Moonlight Blue Metallic, Acid Green, Rubystar (pictured above), Riviera Blue and Viola Metallic. The Paint to Sample Plus lets customers change any shade that a human can possibly imagine.
Porsche has also included a remote parking pilot and Android Auto to the infotainment system for the 2022 Taycan.
The 2022 Porsche Taycan will arrive at showrooms by the end of the year, with prices starting around $81,000 USD for the rear-wheel-drive model.
