Last week, Hyundai unveiled the i20 N Line which comes with some sporty exterior flavours. But today, the Asian car manufacturer published some teaser pictures of the full-fat i20 N.
The new Hot Hatch will feature larger air intakes, a bigger front splitter, special side skirts and enlarged N-branded brakes. There is also a roof-mounted spoiler and larger exhaust tips.
According to some colleagues who recently tested a prototype of the i20 N, under the hood of the Hot Hatch will be a 1.6 liter turbo petrol unit. It can deliver 204 horsepower and 275 Nm peak of torque. The engine is matted to a six speed manual transmission and it will be the only one available.
The new Hyundai i20 N will also have a limited-slip differential which will be standard or optional (depending on the market). The car will have under 1,200 kilograms and it will be available to run from not to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds. The top speed will be clocked at 230 km/h.
