Last year, the Peugeot 208 won the “2020 European Car of the Year” award. In 2021, the jury came up with 38 candidates. Now, the list is shortened to 29 vehicles and we have some interesting nominees.
On the new 29 model list, we have premium cars from Mercedes, Audi and BMW, but we also have budget cars made by Dacia or Citroen. Also on the list you will find electric models and hybrids.
According to the jury, the finalists will be announced in January, while the winner of the 2021 European Car of the Year will be announced on the 1st of March.
