Toyota will compete in the rally stage next season and this is a great and important news. For the 2017 World Rally Championship, the Japanese car manufacturer will come with the new 2017 Toyota Yaris WRC.

As you can see this is no ordinary Yaris. It features a lot of aerodynamic modifications and intense technological improvements. The 2017 Yaris WRC comply with latest generation of competition regulations and features a 1.6 liter turbo engine. The unit delivers 380 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque.

The engine resources are sent to the wheels via a four wheel drive system while the top speed is limited to 125 miles per hour (limited mostly by gearing).
