Renault Sport has released a new promotional video for the 2016 Sandero RS 2.0 model. As you may have known, fun cars don’t necessarily have to be very fast and expensive and Renault knows this.
This is why they have developed the Renault Sandero RS. The French model uses the 2.0 liter naturally aspirated engine that can deliver 145 horsepower. The unit works with a six speed close-ratio manual gearbox.
The 2016 Renault Sandero RS can run from stand still to 100 km/h in 8 seconds while the top speed is clocked at 202 km/h. It needs 7.3 seconds to get from 80 km/h to 120 km/h in fifth gear and only 5.9 seconds in the fourth gear.
Thanks to the updated braking system the 2016 Renault Sandero RS can come to a full stop from 100 km/h in 37.4 meters.
The French hot-hatch is already available in Brazil at a starting price of R$58.880 (about €13,400 / $15,000 / £9,850).
