After Nissan unveiled a first teaser for the launch of the 2015 Titan, the Japanese manufacturer continues to tease the public with new information. As with the first teaser, Nissan wants the public to feel that the Titan is an American pick-up, built in US with US people and parts.

Scheduled to be unveiled during next month in Detroit Motor Show, the car was designed in California, engineered in Michigan and tested in Arizona. The production will occur in a factory in Mississippi and the engines will be built in Indiana and Tennessee.

To mark the launch of its full-size pickup, Nissan is publishing a multi-chapter Titan "Truckumentary" to highlight the design, planning and engineering of the next-generation Nissan Titan pickup.

The series is being officially kicked off by Nissan’s Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Parts and Service, Fred Diaz. The first episode features a stroll through Nissan’s truck past hosted by Brent Hagan of Nissan product planning.

"All those customer experiences and all those customer stories, we take those back and we take them to heart because that provides the foundation for the Nissan brand in our trucks and we try to make sure that DNA is there for the next-generation Titan", said Brent Hagan, 2016 Titan Product Planner.
