Mercedes-Benz has officially revealed the brand-new 2015 CLS facelift. As you already know, the German four-door coupe is featuring the MultiBeam LED technology.

The headlamp combines 24 individually controlled high-performance LEDs to enable precision control for the cars lighting without affecting other drivers.   The headlamps react more quickly to bends in road and traffic conditions.  The MULTIBEAM LED headlights expand upon Mercedes existing Intelligent Light System (Adaptive High Beam Assist).

A camera position behind the windshield feeds data to the four control units that adjust the light patterns 100 times per second.

"With Multibeam LED technology the headlamps now are able to react even more quickly, more precisely and individually to changing traffic conditions. On top of this, there are expanded functions of which a driver will become directly aware, such as anticipatory camera-based curve recognition with the active light function. With such features Mercedes-Benz once again is demonstrating its role as an innovation leader in the automobile industry", said Mercedes R&D boss Dr Thomas Weber.

On the exterior, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS facelift will come with a new front grille and other minor tweaks.

Inside the cabin, the German four-door coupe will come with a new eight inch display, a modified three-spoke steering wheel and a series of enhancements.
Under the bonnet, the 2015 Mercedes-Benz CLS facelift will be offered only with Euro 6-compliant engines.
