Unveiled during this year new York Auto Show, the special edition Mazda MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition will be available for a limited number of US clients.
To facilitate the customers limited orders, Mazda launched a microsite to place their name in a queue to purchase one of the 100 special edition roadsters. The roadster will celebrate 25 years of market presence through a series of unique accesories.
This includes a customized Soul Red Metallic exterior paint, a contrasting black roof, A-pillars and side mirrors. Other black inspired exterior elements include black front lamp bezels and 17-inch Dark Gunmental 10-spoke aluminum alloy wheels, which are wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza 205/45R17 tires. The interior is personalized with standard Almond leather seats and door trim.
The price for new Mazda MX-5 25th Anniversary Edition will start at at $32,205 MSRP. To order the car interested parties will be asked to complete a registration form where they can select their choice of transmission and preferred Mazda dealership location.
The first 100 verified registrants will be given the opportunity to pre-order an anniversary model. As a bonus, the clients of Mazda MX-5 Miata 25th Anniversary Edition will also receive a custom-crafted Tourneau watch and display winder box.
The Swiss-made, stainless steel watch sports Italian-made genuine leather black straps with contrast red stitching and a deployant buckle and has 42 mm in diameter.
