Kia will unveil the next generation Sorento during this year, with sales scheduled to begin during 2015. Until we will see the full production version of the Koreean SUV, we have two sketches that reveal the lines we will see on the production version.
As we would expect coming from Peter Schreyer, a man that also draw some important features for Audi. The new Sorento will feature the tiger-nose front end, with a new grille and a new front bumper. The headlights will also be more aggressive, with LED daytime running lights, while the taillights will be full LED.
The back will also be more sportier, with a spoiler mounted on the roof and a fake diffuser. The profile will make a great appearance being more curvaceous with a sloopy roofline.
Under the hood, the Sorento will feature same engines: the 2.0 liter petrol and the 3.3 liter Gdi V6 engine, acting as top of the range. The European market will also have a 2.2 liter CRDI diesel unit, already found on the current version.
Public debut is scheduled for this autumn, during Los Angeles Motor Show.
