Alfa Romeo has officially unveiled the 2015 Giulia model. As you already know, the new Italian car is replacing the old 159 and it was designed to compete against the mighty BMW 3-Series, Audi A4 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
Today, the Italian car manufacturer has unveiled the range-topping version. We are talking about the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio that features an aggressive front fascia with an Active Aero Splitter which actively manages downforce for higher performance and better grip even at high speed.
In addition, we see unique headlights, a ventilated hood and front fender vents. At the back of the car we have aerodynamic skirts and a trunk-mounted spoiler. The rear diffuser is very aggressive and hides a four-tailpipe exhaust system.
Under the hood of the 2015 Alfa Romeo Giulia we have a V6 3.0 liter bi-turbo engine that is able to deliver 510 horsepower and enables the model to run from stand still to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds. In standard, the car will come with rear wheel drive, but on the option list there will be an all-wheel drive layout.
The new 2015 Alfa Romeo Giulia has a 50/50 weight distribution as well as a carbon fiber hood, roof and propeller shaft.
