Porsche has unveiled today at the 2013 Los Angeles Motor Show the all-new 2014 Macan crossover. The German model is 699mm long, 1923mm wide and 1624mm tall which makes it 146mm shorter, 16mm narrower and 82mm lower than the Cayenne. 

The all-new 2014 Porsche Macan will be available in three different versions. The first one is the Macan S. It will feature a V6 3.0 liter twin-turbo petrol unit that delivers 340 horsepower. The engine resources are put to the ground via a double clutch seven speed automatic transmission. Under these conditions, the Porsche Macan S will sprint from stand still to 100 km/h in 5.4 seconds while the top speed is clocked at 254 km/h.

The second version of the German crossover will be the Macan S Diesel. It features a 3.0 liter V6 unit that offers 258 horsepower. Under these conditions the German model is able to run from zero to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds while the top speed is clocked at 230 km/h. 

Last, but not least is the Porsche Macan Turbo. It has a V6 3.6 liter petrol unit that can deliver 400 horsepower. Under these conditions the car can sprint from zero to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds while the top speed is clocked at 266 km/h. 

Later, Porsche will also offer two 4 cylinder 2.0 liter petrol and diesel engines. In Germany, the Macan S and Macan S Diesel will start from 57,930 Euros while the Macan Turbo will have a price tag of 79,826 Euros.
