Mercedes-Benz has unveiled at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show the all-new S-Class Coupe luxury model. The CL-Class successor will have its international debut in March at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The new S-Class Coupe has a very long hood and it comes with muscular wheel arches, unique 18 – 20 inch wheels and an astonishing rear part.

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe is 5027 mm long, 1899 mm wide and has a height of 1411 mm. At the interior, the German coupe is coming with the same elements seen on the sedan sibling. Furthermore, the Stuttgart designers added a Super Sport steering wheel, while the classy analog clock was removed. In addition, the German car manufacturer can install an optional head-up full-color LED display.

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe will be available only as an S500 variant. This version is featuring a 4.7 liter V8 unit which can develop 455 horsepower and 700 Nm peak of torque. According to rumors, the German manufacturer is also preparing an S63 and an S65 AMG variant. 

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe will be available with an evolution of the Magic Body Control system. According to Mercedes, it will come with a curve tilting function which allows the model to lean into bends in a manner similar to a motorcyclist or skier. 

"The function can be active as one of the three driving modes between 19 mph (30 km/h) and 119 mph (180 km/h) and has been designed to produce a more pleasant motoring experience by reducing the lateral acceleration felt by the passengers", is said in the official statement.
 
Within the windscreen is a stereo camera which can detect corners and which is working together with a transverse acceleration sensor.

"The air suspension’s hydraulic damper units modify the rate of firmness and crucial base point individually for each damper and can incline the body of the car by up to 2.5 degrees", said Mercedes-Benz.
