The 2014 BMW M5 facelift has hit the web thanks to a German employee who "accidentally" upgraded the car’s configurator ahead of the schedule.
The upgraded version of the M5 comes with a new grille with bigger vertical slats. From these photos we also see a new set of revised headlights. Inside the cabin is a slimmer steering wheel and a new touch sensitive iDrive controller.
Under the hood, the 2014 M5 facelift will come with the same twin turbo 4.4 liter V8 petrol unit that will probably deliver the same 560 horsepower and 680 Nm peek of torque.
According to some reports, BMW could come with a Competition Package for the M5 facelift. It will boost the power to 575 horsepower and will have a sportier suspension, 20 inch alloy wheels and a revised M Dynamic Mode.
