A few weeks ago we told you about the new McLaren MP4-12C Spiders offered by retailer Neiman Marcus in its annual Christmas catalogue.
Listed at a fabulous $354,000, an $85.000 more on the regular 12C Spider, the special edition sold out in just two hours after the orders commenced on Wednesday.
The Neiman Marcus version of the McLaren MP4-12C Spider has a Volcano Red finished body and comes with lightweight diamond-cut wheels with gloss black highlights. Same treatment for the interior, where McLaren offers red stitching on the leather surfaces, glossy black trim and a numbered plaque, because only 12 units will be built.
Special treatment for the future buyers, as the British manufacturer promise to invite all clients on a three-day trip to England in February. They will also have a tour of the McLaren factory and get to dine with the company’s chairman, Ron Dennis.
Last but not the least, the clients will receive a Neiman Marcus luggage set.
