A couple of weeks ago, Datsun have announced that we will see a brand new model in the September. Today it’s the 18th of September and the Japanese officials have revealed the new Datsun GO+. We are talking about an MPV version of the GO hatchback.
The new Datsun GO+ is coming with a 5+2 seat configuration and it measures 3.995 mm long, 1.635 mm wide and 1.485 mm tall. The wheelbase measures 2.450 mm and according to technical sheet it as the same length as in the hatchback version. Although, the overall length has been increased with 210 mm. Thanks to this, the GO+ is offering more space for the back passengers.
Under the hood is the same 1.2 liter petrol unit that is connected to a five speed manual gear box. Inside the cabin there is a new Datsun Mobile Docking System providing smartphone integration.
The 2013 Datsun Go and GO+ will be assembled in Purwakarta, Indonesia and will go on sale next year.
