Porsche has recently launched a presentation video for the 2012 911 Carrera S in which Michael Mauer, the director of Porsche Design Center talks about the design of this latest generation model.
Even though it continues to preserve its aspect for almost 50 years, the new Porsche 911 still brings numerous new styling features if compared to the version it replaces. The main aspect about the car is it height and width balance which has been further improved, but you’ll understand better what that means by watching the footage.
Another distinctive feature about the 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera in terms of design are its LED lights, both at the front and rear, with the latter inspired from the 918 Spyder.
