The Japanese automaker has finally released the 0 to 60 acceleration time for the 2012 Nissan GT-R and it looks like Godzilla has gotten alot quicker.
And by alot we mean 0.5 seconds faster that the previous 485 HP generation, as the 2012 Nissan GT-R which uses a 530 HP twin turbo V6, now takes 3.0 seconds flat to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph.
The 2012 Nissan GT-R 0 to 60 acceleration time was measured at the Sendai Hi-land Race Way on November 12th and 13th on Sunny/Cloudy weather, with temperatures ranging between 15 and 19 degrees Celsius.
The vehicle that was used was the 2012 Nissan GT-R Pure edition which means standard wheels and tyres without any optional features, with the Vehicle Dynamic Control system set in R model.
