Daimler is keeping busy these days by testing their upcoming SUVs, and we are referring to the 2012 Mercedes ML as well as its more powerful brother, the 2012 Mercedes ML63 AMG, both spied wearing black camouflage. X9R3C3RKVZGQ
Thanks to photos published by out friends over at WCF we are able to notice that the 2012 Mercedes ML63 AMG will feature a more prominent grille, and reshaped headlights (just like on the 2012 ML), along with a sportier looking front bumper with side air intakes and a more muscular rear section enhanced by the redesigned bumper, and the quad pipe exhaust system.
The newly designed alloys fitted on the 2012 Mercedes ML63 AMG will accommodate larger brake discs while under the bonnet, the German automaker is expected to place the same 5.5-litre bi-turbo V8 found in the S63 AMG. This leads to the conclusion that the next generation ML63 AMG will develop around 545 HP and 800 of torque as standard, and 570 HP and 900 Nm of torque with the AMG Performance Package.
Expect the 2012 ML63 AMG to make its first official appearance at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show.
