Information regarding the new generation 2012 Mercedes A Class is starting to surface, and according to the latest rumors the German automaker will aim its upcoming model towards rivals like the VW Golf, Audi A3 and BMW 1 Series.
The 2012 Mercedes A Class hatchback will feature a front wheel drive platform and a far as design the car is expected to resemble with the F800 concept showcased in Geneva back in March, with LED headlights, and front fascia that will not look like the current A Class.
Rumors also say the 2012 Mercedes A Class will feature a Start & Stop ignition button, and by 2014 AWD and RWD versions are expected as well.
The 2012 Mercedes A Class price is also expected to rise when compared to the outgoing version.
