We’ve seen Autocar’s review of the 2012 McLaren MP4 12C, and their conclusion was that even though in terms of performance the new British sports car is better than its competitors, it does not create the same kind of emotions as the 458 Italia for example.
But sometimes you need to see things from a different perspective in order to draw a final conclusion, so here is a second road test with the 2012 McLaren MP4 12C, this time courtesy of AutoExpress.
They state that the MP4 12C is easy to live with on a daily basis, which means McLaren has achieved what it set out to do : create a rounded yet understated supercar, that delights and entertains when you’re in the mood to, but is also relaxing, safe and easy to drive when you just want to motor around.
