Honda is offering a preview of the European version, 9th generation Civic ahead of its official debut scheduled at the Frankfurt Motor Show this fall.
The automaker says the 2012 Honda Civic will be "more confident, clever and versatile" and apart from offering "stand-out looks" it will also have "class leading space for passengers and luggage".
Other improvements that customers should expect from the next generation Civic are in the quality and comfort department, plus, due to the fact that the car will use a thicker torsion beam and fluid-filled compliance bushes for the rear suspension, its ride will also be smoother.
The Euro version 2012 Honda Civic will go on sale early next year and will be unveiled in Frankfurt on September 13.
The Japanese automaker has also released the first of five videos in which its engineers tack about all the improvements that were made on the new Civic.
